Shipping conditions

We ship our goods with DHL Germany within the country (Germany) and to Austria.
Delivery is made after payment via PayPal or one of the payment methods offered through Shopify Payments. The latter include in particular:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
  • Klarna: Sofortüberweisung, Sofort bezahlen, invoice*.
  • Accelerated Checkouts: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay.
  • Others: eps transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

* Purchase on account via Klarna: In cooperation with Shopify and Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account as a payment option to our customers. When buying on account with Klarna, the customer always gets the goods first, and he always has a payment period of 14 days. The payment is made directly to Klarna AB (publ) (www.klarna.de). The customer receives all payment data directly from Klarna by e-mail. Note that purchase on account is only available for consumers in Germany. Shipping costs

Deliveries to Germany and Austria:
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.90 (incl. 19% VAT) per order.

Delivery times

Please note that for all products offered, as indicated on the product pages, the earliest shipping date is 24.08.22!

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 2-4 days, with foreign supplies within 3-5 days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Note: In case of an increased order situation the delivery time can be approx. 5 to 8 working days.

Shipping times

Paid orders (weekdays) placed before 10am are usually shipped the same business day.

After shipping, we send an automatic email with the shipping confirmation and the corresponding link of the DHL shipment tracking.
